Scroll past the +91 number and both password entries on the register form: the next line, marked optional, takes the BDG Game invite code. Paste it, tick the agreement, press Register. The referrer is fixed at that press, so read the line once before you tap.
One line. That is all the code needs, and it lives inside the register form, nowhere else.
The BDG Game sign-up screen runs top to bottom in a fixed order, and the invite code line is near the end of it, so most people who miss the code miss it because they hit Register before scrolling down far enough to see the box at all. Here is the order on the builds we have seen described:
A couple of practical points. Paste rather than type if you can, because BDG Game codes are long strings, and if one carries letters, a zero and a capital O look alike on a small screen. If the person who referred you sent an invitation link instead of a bare code, opening that link loads the register page, on the builds players describe, with the code already sitting in the line (check it is there before you continue; a half-copied link can drop it).
Email instead of phone? Some BDG Win builds accept an email address at sign-up. The invite code line stays in the same place either way, below the password lines.
Already have an account? Then this form is not for you. The register page is a one-time screen, and the code only counts when it is entered there.

Think of the BDG Win invite code as a label on the account file. It names the player who sent you, the referrer, and every invitee carries exactly one such label from the first second the account exsits.
That link is the whole point. The referrer side of BDG Game pays the person who invited you a commission on the people they bring in, which is why codes get shared so widely, posted under videos, passed along in group chats and pushed by anyone who calls themselves a BDG Game agent. Your code entry is what makes them eligible.
What about rewards for you, the new player? Hard to say for any one build. Offers on BDG Game move around, and the sign-up and first-deposit offers listed on third-party pages are not tied to whose code you typed. One more mix-up we see in questions: the invite code is not your BDG UID. The UID is the account number that identifies you, the one customer service asks for when a deposit goes missing, while the invite code identifies the person above you. Sending your UID to a friend as if it were a referral code gets them nowhere on the BDG Game register form.
NOTE 01 Pick the code on purpose. If a friend invited you and a stranger in a comment thread also posted a BDG Game code, only one of them ends up as your referrer, and that choice sticks to the account.
Short version. A BDG Win invite code is about who gets credited for bringing you, while your password, your wallet and your games stay exactly as they would be with the line left empty.
Now flip roles. After your first login you are the one with something to share, because BDG Game issues a code and a matching invitation link to each account. The bdggame.com link hub, which calls itself the official link hub, lists agent sign-up as Promotion, Invitation Link, copy, invite friends. Here is how that plays out on a phone:
A worked example helps. Say your cousin is about to sign up on BDG Game tonight and asks for your code; you log in, open Promotion, open Invitation Link and copy the link rather than the bare code, because the link pre-fills the line and saves one typing mistake, then you ask her to check the code is visible in the register form before she ticks the agreement. Done before she reaches the agreement tick.
Code or link? The code suits someone already on the register screen. The link suits someone who has not opened BDG Game yet.
App or browser? The same BDG Game account works in the app and in the browser build, so Promotion shows the same code in both.
One caution before you share widely. An inviation link only helps if it points to a real BDG address, and copied sign-up pages that ask for a phone number and password do exist; how to check an address before sending it is on the BDG Game link page.
Paste, then compare. The string in your line should match, character for character, what the referrer reads off their own Invitation Link screen on BDG Game, and a stray space picked up from a chat app is the usual reason the form refuses it.
Press Register and the referrer is locked in. Players describe no edit screen afterwards, which is why case B in the fixes section is the awkward one.

A BDG Game agent earns commission on invitees, according to the hub description. Rates are not published anywhere we can verify, so we do not quote one.
Picture the inbox of someone about to sign up: a number from a cousin, a code from a Telegram post that expires at midnight, and a banner promising 500. Only the first belongs on the register form. The table puts each string where it actually goes on BDG Game.

So if someone sends you a BDG Game gift code and you try to paste it into the invite code line at sign-up, expect an error, or worse, no error and a referrer you never meant to pick. The reverse also happens: a person logs in, opens the redeem screen and pastes an invite code there. Neither works.

Bonuses are the vaguest of the three. A banner might say 500, a listing might mention a first-deposit match, and none of it is a fixed promise on any BDG Game build. The invite code sits outside all of that. It is the only one of the three that is about another person, which is also why it is the only one of the three that cannot be redone later.
Quick test: if the code came from a person, it is probably an invite code. If it came from a channel post with a countdown, gift code.
Most failures fall into three buckets. None needs anything clever.
CASE A The form says the code is invalid. Start with the characters. A BDG Game code is a long string where one wrong or missing character breaks the match, and a pasted code can pick up a space at either end or lose its last character when a long invitation link wraps across two lines in a chat. Ask the referrer to send the bare code again, paste it fresh, and check the count of characters against what they see on their Invitation Link screen. If it still fails, the referrer account itself may be the problem (blocked, closed or on a different BDG build), and only the referrer can check that from their side.
CASE B You registered and forgot the code. This one is harder. The invite code line lives on the register form only, and players report no screen inside BDG Game for adding a referrer afterwards. The one route worth trying is in-app customer service under Account, where you can explain and ask; whether they link you to a referrer after the fact is their call and not something we can promise. CASE C The wrong referrer got the credit. Usually because the register page opened from an invitation link that already carried someone else's code, and the new player did not look at the line before pressing Register. Same answer as case B: customer service is the only door, and a change is not guaranteed.
CASE D The verification code never arrived. Some BDG Game builds send a verification code to the phone before the account opens. If you leave the screen to wait for it, or the form reloads, the invite code line can come back empty along with everything else. Before you press Register a second time, scroll down and look at that line again. Paste the referrer code back in if it vanished. It is a small habit, and it is the only way to stop a retry from going through with no referrer attached.
A pattern runs through all three. The BDG Game invite code is read once, at the moment you press Register, and every fix after that moment depends on someone else agreeing to change it, which is exactly why the few seconds spent checking the line before that press matter more than anything you can do afterwards.
One more, less common: a BDG Win invite code that works on one address and not another. BDG Win 111, 55 and 99 are search names for different BDG-family addresses and builds, and it is possible that a code from one is not recognised on another. Register on the address your referrer actually uses.
Plenty of people online will tell you to become a BDG Game agent. The mechanism behind that pitch is the same Promotion screen described above: you share your invitation link, people sign up under you, and the referrer side of BDG Game pays you commission on those invitees.
What we cannot give you is a rate. No commission table for BDG Game is published anywhere we can verify, and the figures quoted in agent pitches come from the people pitching, who earn when you sign up under them; treat any number in a recruitment post as their claim, not a fact.
NOTE 03 Two checks before you act on an agent message. Is the link they sent a real BDG address, or a copied sign-up page built to collect phone numbers and passwords? And has anyone asked you to pay to receive a code? An invite code costs nothing to share, so a fee for one is a warning sign.
Agent pitches skip one topic every time. Stakes.
